Abstract

Students, teachers, and facilities are components that cannot be separated in the educational process. But in reality, not all schools are able to provide complete teaching materials for the teaching and learning process. Until now, there are teaching materials that contribute to the development of technology and provide an ease in learning activities, one of which is non-printed teaching materials e-books. Teaching materials say it's good when some of the criteria, one of which is the validity aspect. A teaching material can be used if it is valid. This article review is done for analyze feasibility from e-book teaching materials from several previous articles. This review is carried out using the library method or literature research. The information taken is product feasibility evaluation, which is provided by media experts & material experts. Articles obtained were sourced from the word development of e-books as teaching material. This article review uses the latest references for 2018-2021. Development using the Plomp development model gets a score of 78. 84%, development using the ADDIE development model gets an average value of 83%, development using the 4-D model gets an average value 85%, development using the Borg & Gall model got an average value of 83.3%, the development using the Lee and Owens model got a value of 89%, the development using the Nieveen model got a value of 3.80, the development using the Akker model got a value 4. 44. The development of teaching materials such as e-books needs to be tried to overcome cases of shortage of teaching materials in many schools. E-books are also suitable for use at various levels of education
