Main Article Content
Abstract
School is the best place to learn things that cannot be learned at home. School is not only a basic moral lesson, but also teaches broad general knowledge that can be of benefit to a child when he is an adult. The more mature a child is, the more difficult it will be to shape or change his character, in this case the school plays an important role apart from the role of parents. Usually children are happy when they go to school, individuals can play and socialize with friends at school, where individuals can play in the school environment, but apparently not all children can feel it. In this study, a literature review was carried out through a systematic, detailed and clear review to identify the ideas generated by the researcher. From this discussion, the authors found that children with school phobia are actually afraid when school day arrives, and individuals will feel anxious, afraid, sad, tense, and some may even cry. Children with school phobia often have several reasons to be afraid of going to school, ranging from the trauma of being bullied to feeling that the world at school is lower than the world at home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the school environment on the emergence of school phobia in early childhood. It can be concluded that most parents have a negative role when facing school. In particular, teachers should work more actively with parents to address the problem of school phobia and provide a wider variety of education to students so that children are not bored and afraid of the situation at school. And, as a parent, it becomes a reference for stimulating the growth and development of children.
