Abstract

This research aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Student Worksheets based on guided discovery material on trigonometric comparisons of right triangles that are valid, practical, and have a potential effect on the learning outcomes of class X students at MAN 1 Muara Enim. The research method used is a development research method consisting of a preliminary stage (analysis stage and design stage) and a prototyping stage using a formative evaluation flow (self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, small group, and field test). The results of this research are: (1) The developed guided discovery-based LKPD is valid qualitatively and quantitatively as seen from the results of the validation sheet analysis by obtaining an average score of 4.59 at the expert review stage. (2) LKPD based on guided discovery which was developed practically qualitatively and quantitatively by obtaining an average score of 4.15 at the one-to-one stage, 4.35 at the small group stage, and 4.21 at the field test stage. (3) The developed guided discovery-based LKPD has a potential effect on student learning outcomes with an average of 90% completeness.
