Abstract

This research aims to discuss Islamic fundamentalism, a study of the HTI movement (Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia). This research uses a type of library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research, this type of data is qualitative, and this research uses a historical approach. The results and discussion of this research show that the Islamic fundamentalism movement in Indonesia, including the Indonesian Hizbut Tahrir group movement, Based on research on Islamic fundamentalism on the Indonesian Hizbut Tahrir (HTI) movement, it can be concluded that this research discusses HTI's political thinking as part of the Islamic fundamentalism movement in Indonesia. Thus, this research provides a deeper understanding of political conditions, Islamic views on fundamentalism, and the development of the HTI movement in Indonesia.
