Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in the past two years was a very big disaster. Making almost all areas of life have its own impact, including mental health. This impact is not only felt by the affected victims, but also from Health Workers (medical & non-medical), Parents, Teens, Adults to Children. Decreased Mental Health causes depression, stress, insomnia, behavioral changes, emotional changes, anxiety, psychological changes, and even self- diagnosis. This study uses a systematic literature review method through a review of journals regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health. The literature search was carried out through Google Schoolar with the same keywords, namely Covid-19 and Mental Health, Mental Health after the Pandemic, which was published in 2020-2022. Based on a literature review of 10 journals, it shows that mental health plays an important role in survival. Maintaining mental health is the same as cutting the gap for other things to happen, both for health workers, parents, children, adolescents and adults.
