The relationship between academic achievement and religious moderation in Islamic students

Abstract

Religious moderation is a solution in dealing with various differences that lead to religious intolerance and dealing with many extreme groups and religious fundamentals . The research objective is to see the relationship academic intelligence and religious moderation in Islamic students. The research method uses quantitative methods. The subjects used in this study were 454 students. The sampling method uses probability sampling, namely random sampling from the existing population. The researcher's religious moderation scale adapts and modifies the measurement tool that has been developed by Monalisa et al. (2023) which consists of 24 items . In viewing descriptive statistics, researchers used SPSS software. The research results show there is no relationship between academic intelligence and religious moderation in Islamic students.
